Hotel Jungle Lodge Tikal exceeded my expectations with its location right inside Tikal Park - making exploring the park and returning for rest and meals so convenient. the tour assistance offered here, including transportation to Flores and Tikal, and guided tours of the park, were top-notch. I highly recommend joining the sunrise tour to witness the magical view of the Maya ruins under a starry sky. The beauty of the property took my breath away, far from the rustic feel we anticipated, it felt like a scene straight out of a movie. the staff provided excellent customer service, and the on-site restaurant, Panela, served delicious food at reasonable prices. Opting for one of the duplex villas added a unique charm to our accommodation experience. Our tour guide, Fernando, was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide a rich and immersive experience. the food quality and prices were excellent, making our overall experience truly memorable. While our time at the hotel was enjoyable, we couldn't help but notice the advantage the hotel seemed to take of its prime location. However, the comfort of the large and cozy bed, the entertainment of the pool table, and the convenience of the shuttle service offset this minor drawback. In conclusion, Hotel Jungle Lodge Tikal provided an unforgettable experience, blending comfort, convenience, and nature seamlessly. the unique setting allowed us to disconnect and immerse ourselves in the beauty of Tikal, making it a trip to remember. Whether you're an eco-tourism enthusiast, a culture seeker, or a nature lover, this hotel offers something special for every traveler seeking an authentic and enriching experience in Guatemala.
